Returns & Exchanges
We try our best to accept all items returned to us, however, please observe our policy as follows:
OUR POLICY
1. Orders must be returned to us within 7 days from date of purchase (as indicated on your invoice). Returns outside this period will not be accepted.
2. Items must be returned in their original condition. This means the garments must – be unworn & unwashed, have all tags and hygiene labels attached and have no make up, stains or strong odours.
3. No returns or exchanges for items purchased using credit notes, gift cards, sale items and promo coupons.
4. Exchanges and returns for orders can only be processed directly through our online store department only.
5. Here at Lush Desert we do not cover for the cost of the return shipping. It is recommended to use a local courier with tracking as Lush Desert is not liable for any packages lost in transit. All items are inspected by our staff upon arrival.
To complete your return please do the following:
1. Re-pack the item with the labels and tags still attached
2. Send us an e-mail at info@lush-desert.com stating your order number, the items you wish to return and the reason
Refunds
Refund will be done only through the original mode of payment.
Your refund will be processed within 24 hours of us receiving your return.
Refunds take up to 7-10 working days & will be processed back into the bank account you purchased with.
If you have not received your refund, please be sure to double check with your bank before contacting us.
Cancellation
Customers can cancel their order within 4 hours of ordering, please contact us at info@lush-desert.com; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 12- 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
